- Visit HDFC Bank Internet Banking Official Website and login using your User ID / Customer and Password. do confirm your Secure Access Image and Message to login.

- Select any desired product of your choice by adding it to the Cart. Once all items you want to redeem are selected, click on View Shopping Cart link to view items. Click on Edit to modify selected items.
- Read Terms & Conditions and click on the check box. Your registered address, email ID and contact number will also be displayed. you will get your Redemption Number as well.

- Visit HDFC Bank Net Banking and login using your credentials.
- Click on the cards option on the home page and select the option Enquire on the left hand side.
- Click on Redeem Reward points , select your card Number and click on the Continue button.
