How to Register for BOI HRMS Staff Portal?
Registration to the BOI-SAFE HRMS portal is a one-time process and you do not have to repeat it again.
At the time of joining you will get your User ID and Password from the HR department. Later you can change your Password. User ID will be usually your PF Number.
How to Login to BOI HRMS Staff Portal?
- Visit the BOI official website of the BOI HRMS portal and click on the button Click Here
- Select your Authentication Method from the given options.
- Once you select the authentication method on the next page enter your User Name/ID and Password. next click on the Submit button.
- After successful verification of your identity, you will be redirected to your BOI HRMS staff portal account.
- Go through the various facilities provided by BOI for their employees on the BOI-SAFE HRMS portal.
How to Download Salary Slip or Pay Slip in Bank Of India (BOI) HRMS Portal
- Visit the BOI official website of the BOI HRMS portal and click on the button Click Here
- Select your Authentication Method from the given options.
- Once you select the authentication method on the next page enter your User Name/ID and Password. User ID will be usually your PF Number. next click on the Submit button.
- Once you log in successfully click on the Main Menu then on Self Service and finally click on View my Pay Slip.
- On the next page click on the Search button and select the month for which you want to view or download the Salary Slip. you will able to see your Rough Salary format which is not professional.
- To get the Salary Slip in the proper format check the box Yes next to Generate Pay Slip option on the top right-hand side and then click on Run Report.
- Check the Status of the Report, Once the status turns to Success click on the second option i.e Save Pay Slip and the system will start downloading Salary Slip in the PDF format. If it is not changing the status click on the Refresh button.
