- On the next screen tap on Report Lost/Stolen Card option and select the reason to block your card from the drop-down. Click on the Next button. On the same screen you will see your Debit and Credit cards. Choose the card you want to block by clicking on the checkbox in front of the card and click on the Next button .
- On the next screen tap on the Confirm button and your Card will be blocked permanently.
