Automatic Unblock

In case if you have entered your ATM PIN wrong in three consecutive attempts, your card will get automatically blocked.

However, it will get automatically unblocked after 24 hours and then you can use it in a regular way as you were using it before.

Application to the Bank to Unblock your SBI ATM Card

In case if you have blocked the card mistakenly or intentionally or the card is blocked for any security reason you can unblock it by writing an application to your nearest bank branch.

In this case, you have to submit your identity proof along with an application like your Photo, Your address proof, the last four digits of your ATM Card, etc. It will take 2 to 4 working days to process your request.

When the Card is Blocked Permanently

Yes, you can block it temporarily through YONO SBI App. Follow the instructions.

Log in to YONO SBI App.
Select service requests from the menu.
Select ATM/Debit Card under the Service Request tab.
Provide your Internet Banking Profile Password.
Click on Block Card and Select Account and Card to Block.
Select Type of Block and click on Next.
On Next Screen Click on Confirm.

NOTE-Temporarily Blocked card can be unblocked by visiting any SBI Branch.

2-Can I turn off all the services in case if I lost my SBI ATM Card?

Yes, You can turn of all the services if you lost ATM card. follow the steps mentioned below.

Log in to YONO LITE SBI
Click on Manage Cards and select Manage Debit Card
Select your account number and card number
Turn off all the services like ATM transactions, E-commerce transactions, Pos transactions, etc.
Click on Submit.
