How to Add Beneficiary in PNB through Net Banking
Adding Beneficiary through is a very easy process. follow the steps below in order to proceed with it.
- Visit PNB Internet Banking Portal
- Click on Retail Banking and log in using your User ID and Password.
- Under Transactions tab select Manage Beneficiary.
- Under the Manage Beneficiary tab select the option from the drop-down i.e. if you want to transfer funds within PNB select Add Within PNB Payee and click on Ok and then Continue.
- In case if you want to transfer funds to another bank account select Add Other Bank Payee and click on OK.
- On the next screen fill in all the mandatory details like name, nickname, account number, IFSC code, etc. check the box I accept terms and conditions, and click on Continue.
- On the next window Preview Confirmation details, enter transaction password, and click on Submit.
- Next, you need to click on Confirm Your Beneficiary.
- On next screen under Confirmation List Click on Confirm Button.
- You will get OTP to your registered mobile number. Enter that OTP for authentication and click on Submit Button.

How to Add Beneficiary through PNB ONE Mobile App
You can also add beneficiary through PNB ONE mobile app. follow the steps below and you will be able to add easily.
- Download PNB ONE mobile app to your Smart phone or IPhone.
- Log in using your 4 digit MPIN.
- Click on My Payees on the bottom of the Dashboard.
- Click on + symbol icon to add payee.
- If you want to add beneficiary with in PNB let it be WITHIN (By default it will be selected).
- Click on OTHER if you want to add beneficiary outside PNB.
- Fill all the asked details, Check the box I accept terms and Conditions and click on ADD.
- On the next screen Click on ADD again under Pre-confirmation.
- Confirm beneficiary Addition by entering your Transaction Password.
- A Success message will be shown on the screen with Reference ID.
NOTE: You will be able to transact to the newly added beneficiary after 2 hours of the cooling period.
